This course is designed for strength coaches and strength enthusiasts.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable training gear. Compulsory that all attendees of this level have their own weightlifting shoes. Optional, but highly recommended are belts, knee sleeves and wrist wraps. Food, snacks, water bottle and sweat towel.
